About Reza Rezvani

Biography
Throughout his career, he has handled hundreds of cases and tried more than seventy jury trials. His approach is grounded in thoughtful preparation, persuasive courtroom advocacy, and a commitment to his clients.
His practice focuses on serious injury, construction accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and civil rights litigation. By maintaining a selective caseload, he is able to devote the time and attention each client deserves.

Educator
For more than fifteen years, Reza has taught trial advocacy while maintaining an active litigation practice. He currently serves as the Director of Persuasion and Advocacy and Director of Mock Trial Teams at Seton Hall Law School. He previously served as Director of Trial Advocacy at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and teaches practicing attorneys through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
Teaching advocacy has reinforced a lesson learned through years of trying cases: successful advocacy begins long before opening statements. It begins with careful preparation, thoughtful strategy, and a clear understanding of the facts. Those same principles guide every case he handles.
Philosophy
Reza believes clients deserve honest advice, clear communication, and an attorney who is personally invested in their case. Whether a matter resolves through negotiation or proceeds to trial, every case is prepared with the same care, discipline, and attention to detail.
“Every client comes to me during one of the most difficult periods of their life. I don't take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, thorough preparation, and the kind of advocacy that gives clients confidence their case is being handled with care from beginning to end.”
